Services for foreign citizens

We offer foreign buyers services that will make it easier for them to come and tour the property, i.e. purchase it.

For foreign customers we offer:

• selection and presentation of real estate in the office, in case of impossibility of arrival
• engagement of a certified court interpreter and translator
• preparation of all necessary documentation and perform actions for customers who need approval for registration of property rights by the Ministry of Justice
• obtaining documentation in the name of the new owner
• transfer of overhead and utility services to the new owner

We also offer foreign clients the service of establishing a company in the Republic of Croatia. We perform the service independently through a power of attorney or with the physical presence of the client as a consultant.
