The house is located in Maslinica on the island of Solta. The island of Solta is located near Split, with which it is well connected by numerous ferry and catamaran lines throughout the year. Maslinica is the only settlement and port on the west coast of the island. On the south side of the Maslinica bay there is a beautiful landscape with a pine forest and hidden stone beaches, and in front of the bay there is an archipelago of seven islands.
